It's a Celebration!

This year's theme has us studying the extraordinary faith lived out in ordinary lives found in Hebrews 11, and leaning into the basics of faith found in Hebrews 12. Faith is very different from belief, and we desire students to move their belief into faith and their faith into living examples of Christ's transformation as they shine the light of Christ to the nations!

SICOM exists to encourage, equip, and enlist workers for the harvest. It's a connection point where students gain a greater perspective of God's Kingdom in action and the tools to take their next step as a Kingdom Worker.

Third Culture Kids (TCKs)

Open to students 6th–12th grade. At SICOM we aim to serve missionary and ministry kids by connecting them in community with one another and giving them a group experience during the conference. TCKs tend to understand each other despite having distinct experiences and backgrounds, forming a very remarkable and special third culture.

Nicia IrwinHas ministry and life experience as a TCK, a mom of missionary kids, and a missionary. She and her husband now lead EnterMission, a guided gap-year experience.
Ian WorstellAssociate Director of TCK Care with TRAIN International. He helps fellow TCKs understand their experiences, see how God has been present in their stories, and move into what comes next with confidence.
